These Multicam Infrared Reflective (IRR) Blood Group patches are clearly visible through NVGs and other night vision devices using infrared light. They are hook-backed with heavy-duty male velcro for easy attachment and will not move when in place. These patches are primarily used for IFF (Identification, friend or foe) or as a TRF (Tactical Recognition Flash).
