The TYR Tactical® Medical Pouch - Micro Cutaway SOF IFAK (TYR-MD750) attaches upright with MOLLE and carries a range of medical items. We created this item with our revolutionary Patented PV® material for durability and weight reduction.  It also has a attached quick release buckle strap and cinch to secure the contents from falling out during operations. The Micro Cutaway SOF IFAK has an internal platform that allows the medic/operator pull an internal platform form with hook so that you can attached it to your the front of your carrier and have immediate access without having to remove the pouch from your MOLLE. The internal platform is attached to a flex cord to prevent dropping or misplacement.
