Problem after each re-org cleaning & then trying to re-write your ammo states - now a pack of slate cards with enough for 5 states simply line through them and re-write on a fresh slate then clean when you have the time - plastic cards so most types of pen will write on these and stay on, both permanent and none permanent pens can be removed with the ODIN Systems cleaner and pencil with a rubber.
