Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

During the festive season, ODIN is running various promotions which are only applicable to online sales. These promotions are not valid for in-store purchases or orders collected from stores. All promotions are subject to availability, while stocks last.

2. Returns Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return any items. This is our standard return period, but we may extend this if requested. We understand that operational deployments can sometimes delay returns, but any extension must be requested within the initial 30-day period and approved.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part. If we have made an error with your order, we will provide a pre-paid return postage label.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped, including all tags (attached), labels, and packaging. For example, removing the tags from a garment and sending them back inside a pocket is not acceptable.
If your order includes a free gift, the gift must be returned with the items. If the free gift is not returned with the items, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
Gift items cannot be exchanged.

3. Online Privacy Policy

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website. It does not cover information collected offline, such as in-store purchases.

4. Gift Cards and Gift Certificates

Gift cards and Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of dispatch.

5. Raffle

Our Christmas Raffle will be drawn on 20th December at 13:00. The winner will be notified via email, and the £500 gift voucher will be sent to the winner's email address on the same day.
Multiple entries into the raffle are allowed with the purchase of qualifying items. However, each qualifying item purchased counts as one entry only.
Entries for the raffle close on 19th December at 23:59. Any entries received after this time will not be eligible for the raffle.

6. Additional Terms

GDPR Compliance: By participating in the promotions or raffle, you consent to us processing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Exclusions: Promotions and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or applied to previously placed orders.
Availability: Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice.
Shipping: Some promotions may be limited to certain regions or countries. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and free shipping is only available on qualifying orders.
General Terms: ODIN reserves the right to refuse any promotion or offer at its discretion and will inform the customer accordingly.
